Felt paper is over 100 years old, begins to degrade almost immediately after install and tears with little effort.
Synthetic materials are twenty times stronger, do not degrade and will last the lifetime of your roof. So why would we install anything but?

But sometimes we make mistakes, materials fail or we simply missed something. When we do make a mistake you can count on us not only to repair the actual leak but also remediate drywall, patch and paint to return the surfaces back to better than original condition. Surprisingly, this is not the industry standard. While almost all roofers will repair a leak, very few repair the damage the leaks cause.
