Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Roof Dogs Referral Partner Program allows registered participants to earn referral rewards for introducing potential customers to Crestwood General Contracting.

Participation is free. Referral partners are not employees or authorized representatives of Crestwood.

2. Referral Rewards

Qualified referral partners may earn 10% of the completed job's sale price, up to a maximum of $1,000 per referral.

Examples:

• $500 completed job = $50 reward

• $4,500 completed job = $450 reward

• $15,000 completed job = $1,000 reward

Rewards are calculated on the final amount actually collected by Crestwood for eligible work, excluding sales taxes, refunds, and canceled work.

3. Qualifying Referrals

To qualify:

• The referral must be submitted through the Roof Dogs platform.

• The prospective customer must be a new lead not already in Crestwood's active sales pipeline.

• The referral partner must have permission to share the prospective customer's contact information.

• Crestwood must accept the referral as eligible.

• The referred customer must enter into a contract with Crestwood, the work must be completed, and Crestwood must receive payment.

If multiple partners refer the same customer, the first eligible referral received generally takes priority.

4. Payment of Rewards

Approved referral rewards will be paid within 30 days after Crestwood receives final payment for the completed job.

No reward is owed for canceled contracts, unpaid invoices, fraudulent referrals, or work that does not meet the program requirements.

5. Independent Referral Partners

Referral partners are independent participants, not Crestwood employees, agents, contractors, or sales representatives.

Partners may not enter into contracts, provide binding estimates, make warranty promises, or represent themselves as authorized to act on behalf of Crestwood.

Partners are responsible for applicable taxes on rewards received.

6. Marketing and Conduct

Partners must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those governing solicitation, telemarketing, text messaging, advertising, privacy, and consumer protection.

Partners may not use misleading advertising, spam, unauthorized automated calling, or false statements about Crestwood.

Partners must not promise free roofs, guaranteed insurance coverage, or insurance claim approvals.

7. Eligibility and Restrictions

Participation is subject to applicable law. Certain individuals, including licensed real estate professionals, insurance professionals, public employees, and others subject to professional or legal restrictions, may be ineligible to receive compensation for particular referrals.

Crestwood may reject referrals or withhold rewards where payment would violate applicable law.

8. Program Changes and Termination

Crestwood may modify, suspend, or terminate the program prospectively at its discretion.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rewards already earned under the terms applicable to an accepted referral.

Crestwood may remove participants who violate these terms.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by Arizona law, subject to applicable mandatory legal requirements. Any disputes will be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
